Anti-Racism in Practice: Showing Up in Solidarity with and for the Asian Community
Scholar Panel

About #GWInSolidarity:

The Office for Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement at The George Washington University (GW), in collaboration with several GW campus partners, believe that we have a timely and critical responsibility to create space for healing, learning, unlearning, processing, and action forward following the heightened visibility of violence against the Asian community.

From April 14 - 16, 2021 we invite you to participate in #GWInSolidarity, building on the work that we did as a community in summer 2020, following the deaths of multiple Black people in the United States. We welcome all members of the GW community to attend and participate over the course of the three days of programming outlined below.

All GW community members will need to use a GWU email account to register for #GWInSolidarity for security purposes. Please confirm your access to the GWU Enterprise Zoom in advance by going to gwu-edu.zoom.us prior to the first program you plan to attend. If you experience issues accessing GWU Enterprise Zoom, please contact GW IT (ithelp@gwu.edu).
