The SDOH Academy invites all health center staff to join us on February 12 at 3:00 PM (ET) for the Opening Webinar of the 2025 SDOH Academy Innovations Showcase. This webinar will explore the foundations of social drivers of health that impact youth—specifically adolescents and young adults. Speakers will highlight the importance of addressing SDOH for youth as an opportunity to promote whole-person care starting at a young age. The audience will gain insights into the importance of including youth perspectives and experiences, with an emphasis on understanding specific social drivers unique to youth and how they differ from those of other age groups.
