As someone who has been a participant in WELI, I think the networking and collaborations with other women across the country has been very valuable for both the advisors and protegees.

speak some more about the costs for start up and maintenance-- can your program be imported into an institution with out funding?

If leaders at the top refuse to recognize there is an issue (lack of women in leadership and lack of promotion ) - how can we expect them to get us the resources we need?
